Wifi says connected but won't let me use it..?

[AC Question]

Wifi says connected but won't let me use it...

My Samsung tab 3 mini, and toshiba laptop won't connect to my home wifi networks (2 routers exact same settings) but will connect to other networks fine. The weird thing is my IPad works just fine, so does other devices other than my friend's phone.

Signal strength is excellent
Security type is WPA2-PSK
Radio type-802.11n

The devices connect to the networks but don't work...

I would suggest resetting your router and see if that works.
