I use to keep the WiFi Scanning for location services on before Lollipop. Since Lollipop, if it is on, WiFi is ALWAYS scanning killing my battery within the hour. So I turned it off hoping that the Marshmallow update(s) would fix this. I'm on 6.0.1 and the issue is still here. It's kind of annoying turning on WiFi just for my GPS to lock on accurately. Is, or has anyone had this problem before? If so what fixed your phone.? I've done cache clearing, in the phone menu itself and through recovery to no avail.
