wifi shows saved but doesn't connect

[Android Central Question]

im using the xiaomi redmi note 5 when ever trying to connect the company wifi (not secured/no password) it just says saved and doesnt connect..tried everything including hard reset..but still not connecting.

pls help

That's not a problem with your device. It's a problem with the router. Try a reset on that.
