Wifi turns off by itself at night

I have had a Pixel 3 for a bit over 2 months now (previous phone was an S7). I have noticed that when I get up in the morning, the phone has turned the Wi-Fi off. Before I realized this was happening I used a lot of data since I tend to do a lot of browsing on weekends mornings.

I do have a Do Not Disturb profile set to turn on at 10pm and off at 6am every day. I'm not sure this actually turns off Wi-Fi though - and even if it does, shouldn't it go back to normal at 6am? I've attached acreenshots of these settings since it's the only thing I can imagine that might be causing this (as you can see, I also have Wi-Fi set to turn back on automatically)

I'd suggest just turning off the 'Turn on Wi-Fi automatically' toggle; that gives your phone permission to turn Wi-Fi OFF, which is the root of your problem.
I just leave Wi-Fi (and Bluetooth for that matter) turned on all the time and it doesn't really impact battery life. YMMV.
