Will ASUS look at your broken tablet's data?

I have to send my third Nexus 7 back to ASUS (I'm getting a fire tablet when I get enough money just in case, by the way, don't get anything from ASUS). I believe it could have overheated, but I'm not sure. Anyway I have very important data on it, such as a BIG document of my passwords, and other sensitive data. Will they look at it?
