Will Best Buy get this early again?

Just letting you guys know that Sprint has released "V2" to their LTE network called Sprint Spark. If you live in a location that will offer it, this is a no brainer. The Nexus 5 is basically the first phone compatible with this network.

How was I not correct? Everything I said was right.
I never said it wouldn't be available off-contract... that was the other guy. (I simply said on contract, it would be $149. Which is correct)

As for price matching, it's at a manger's discretion really. I personally would match it.
However, it is store policy that all phones must be activated on a line. So we'd need to put it on a Sprint line, even if purchased without 2yr extension.

Not trying to make waves bud.

If I put my at&t sim in it, is that enough for best buy to consider it being activated?

No. If it's considered a Sprint phone, unlocked or not, it'll have to go on a Sprint line.
That said, some managers are more lenient than others and you never know for sure.
