Will Call Screening come via Play update?

For past few days my call screen comes up for incoming calls. Haven't tried that yet because I knew the person calling each time lol.

I only get about 1 or 2 spam calls a week, and the only one I've gotten since receiving call screening was a recorded call, so I didn't get to annoy anyone ... darn it!!

I got a call this morning.I knew it was a spammer.One of those calls with almost the same number as mine.
I hit the call screening button.
The script popped up .They hung up before they heard the complete intro tho.
It still saved the script

I've been waiting and waiting. Finally gave in and did a factory reset. Shortly after setting up my 2 XL I finally have call screening.
