Will Hotspot work with LTE on the Nexus 4?

I guess living in Canada has its benefits, I'm able to connect my Nexus 4 on the Rogers LTE network. I've read all the posts about setting up the phone to connect on LTE and it works great. I've tried the speed tests and can confirm my up and down load speeds are in the 10-20 megabits. I know how to enable hotspot on the phone as well. My question is this, has anyone been able to connect to LTE and successfully enable hotspot and connect a tablet or other device to the Nexus 4 and get LTE speeds? I've tried but the devices hang as if waiting for data. This does not happen when I lower my connection to HSPA / 3G speeds but my connection speeds are only in the 3-5 megabits range.

Also, I'm running stock OS 4.2.1 and do not want to upgrade to 4.2.2 to have LTE killed off.

The N4 has LTE in the States via Tmobile, too. It's just still a fledgling network. Anyway, I was able to tether a laptop to my N4 whilst on LTE in Wash D.C., so it's possible. I don't have LTE in my usual areas yet (NYC/PHILLY), so I can't prove it to you right now. Sorry. BTW, having LTE on your N4 has nothing to do with the OS, it has everything to do with the modem/baseband/radio. Of course, you're referring to accepting the 4.2.2 OTA that brings with it baseband .48 that kills off the LTE backdoor. You will have to unlock/root, which takes all of 10 mins once you finished reading up a bit, and then you can either flash custom anything...or stay bone stock 4.2.2 and just flash one of the 3 LTE capable radios ( I prefer .33...which is probably what you're using...check setttings<about phone = baseband version).

Anyone get this working with 4.3? I have LTE on 4.3 with Fido but when I tether it just doesn't allow any data through. I have tried the iptables fix but it does nothing on 4.3
