If these forums are to be taken as the truth...Every phone is a POS, don't work...blah, blah and blah. It's possible that every phone has something that isn't perfect for you but some love the bionic (Razr, GNex...) so who do you believe? Maybe with the Bionic it had something to do with waiting FOREVER for it to be released we all expected it to be perfect. My Bionic has been working very well since I manually updated to 901 but it isn't perfect and I am still curious about the Gnexus. I haven't pulled the trigger because $250 - $300 is a lot of money to find out it isn't much better (my home and work area have weak 3 and 4G signals) but I can't help but want it... Can someone in a weak signal area (and changed from Bionic to Gnexus) shed some light on if you find the reception better? I don't care how many bars are showing...Do you see better connectivity in the same area or worse?

I purchased a GN on release day to replace my Bionic, I was looking forward to all the new features of ICS and the unbloated OS, etc... I kept the phone for 3 days before returning it and re-activating my Bionic. It's not that the GN was a bad device, I just couldn't justify spending the money on it when it didn't really do anything different from my Bionic.

The one thing I did not like about the GN was the screen size. I have fairly large hands and I still had difficulty using the device in only one hand, its a two hand device to be usable.

As for 3G/4G signals - I live just outside a 4G area (5 miles from my house I am in a very strong LTE signal), I saw no difference in signal on the GN versus the Bionic.

Don't get me wrong, the GN is a very nice device, but I strongly recommend you go to the store and put your hands on it before making a decision.

I got offered the RAZR as a replacement by Verizon, it came in the mail yesterday but the box had a Bionic in it... Hopefully the overnight package coming tomorrow will be the RAZR otherwise I'll know they are toying with me to waste time until another update is pushed out.

I asked if I could get a Nexus instead because I lost faith in Moto, but his manager would not go for it.

i'm also stuck with a Bionic Car Dock and Extended Battery

looking to trade my in too, i don't even get reception anymore at school... (just returned and to find out I don't get reception on most of the campus -__-)
