Alright, time to set the record straight before I go to sleep. Yes the Galaxy Nexus has a locked bootloader initially, all the nexus phones do. However, google has left an easy way for developers to unlock it, you get the fastboot drivers, enable usb debugging, then open a command prompt and change the directory to wherever you put the fastboot binaries and type "fastboot oem unlock"
That is how you unlock a nexus family phone's bootloader, they do not come tightly locked or encrypted like a lot of oem "molested" phones do so stop spreading these rediculous rumors about it being impossible to unlock or other crap like that. You are just trying to get people worked up, knock it off troll, I'm done feeding you now.
