Will I still get an update

i have rooted my redmi 1s and i have flashed a redmi rom(global version ) I wanted to know if i would get an ota or miui update for my .Will I have to install stock ROM and if yes please send the link.

Welcome to the forums. Many custom ROM developers sometimes put the update check in Settings>about phone. If there is no update option, then updates are something you will have to keep an eye out for, and flash yourself.

In miui we have the system update version so is that the update check option??

It could be for the stock ROM update or it could be for the custom ROM update. You'll find out when you get notified that there's an update. If it fails about 1/4 of the way through, it was for the stock ROM and you'll have to update the custom ROM by hand.
