Will my Samsung Galaxy S3 AT&T version's LTE services still work even after unlocking it and using another carrier that isn't from the US?

TIA

Re: Will its LTE service (AT&T version) still work even after unlocking it and using another carrie

No it will not work unless you sign up with the LTE plan of the other carrier

Yes I should have mentioned that as well

I think you guys are misreading the question. The way it sounds to me is that the OP has an AT&T phone that they've unlocked and want to take overseas to use with a locally-purchased SIM. Their concern is that after using it abroad, will it still work with LTE back in America when the AT&T SIM is reinstalled. That's how I read it. I'm not sure of the answer, but it seems to me it should work since its the SIM that hooks you to your account wherever that is and thus determines your services.

If thats the case, then YES it will work if the OP comes back to America and back on AT&T....the LTE will not work overseas with a different carrier

So guys, basically if my non-US carrier/sim supports 4G LTE connection, my unlocked LTE AT&T phone's LTE connection will work with the said non-US carrier/sim?

Sorry, no. I don't believe the S3 has a radio capable of supporting the frequencies.

North American carriers use 700-800MHz and 1700-1900MHz frequency ranges (those freed up by analog television, mostly) for LTE.

Most of Europe uses 800-900MHz, 1800MHz, and 2600MHz. The US LTE frequencies are being used in Europe for other things, and the European LTE frequences are being used in the US for other things, and there's no overlap of available frequencies that could form a "global" standard for LTE, sadly.

You'd need the European version of the phone to work on LTE in Europe. And, of course, that phone could not support the US LTE frequencies.
