Yes, when I ordered my latest Moto XPE from Motorola it took forever to leave China. I ordered my first Moto XPE from Best Buy and picked it up at the store that day. When i ordered my MXPE on the 16th of October they claimed a 3.5 week lead time before it would delivered. As of today (11/1) its progress hasnt moved beyond "building device". According to the moto forums there seems to be some issues with customs on the China end and a shortage of parts to complete phones. I also read where delivery dates were being blown because of these issues and people were demanding refunds.

As long as you're ok with the battery. Other than form factor and stereo speakers the Z Force is superior, which it should be being a new device.I just convinced my friend to buy one.
He did and loves it.
