Will we see an update to the newest version of touch wiz with the marshmallow update?

We'll see. My gut says at least a mild version. But I don't feel like they've had enough time to properly produce a full on reset from 5 to 6.

There is a video floating around YouTube that shows the Note 4 with an updated looking Touchwiz.

Doesn't look like all features like themes are there but visually it looks like its older brother (Note 5)
