My evo is rooted and I was messing around with the settings and "debloated" what I thought was a lot of uneccesary stuff off my phone. So after I do that everything seems fine but I lock my phone for a minute, then come back and there is no unlocking widget the lock screen is just bare so i cant get past it. So I look up how to get around that in an article '[URL="http://smallbusiness.chron.com/hard-reset-htc-evo-bypass-screen-lock-31337.html' and clear my "user data" well then the same thing happens only now it's not my uploaded wall paper its some generic chain wallpaper that came with the phone. either way i cannot get passed this and I dont know if it deleted everything or what but the phone is pretty much useless as of now. Anybody know how to fix this?

Sounds to me like you deleted your launcher. Go to the Play Store, download and open your new launcher of choice. Also, you can go into recovery and restore your nand backup to reset everything back to the way you originally had it. You DID create a nandroid backup before you started deleting things right?
