Will the Galaxy S7 have a retina scanner?

Can we expect the Galaxy S7 to have a retina scanner?

I heard that samsung made the retina scanner somewhere before the S5 is announced. But samsung isn't taking risk by adding it to the S5 because its not that good yet.

So there is a slight chance. Samsung is still improving it so it will be reliable.

How does retina scanner work for a phone? Would you hold the front camera up to your eye for the scan? That seems like a hassle compared to a fingerprint scan...

I think it's actually an iris scanner.
