You have a few options

-You could order a SIM cutter from Amazon, they are under $10.
-I believe there are patterns available online to print out and then cut the SIM card yourself.
-You could dial *611 and talk to VZW and have them send you a new SIM card that will fit
-You could go down to your local VZW store and get a new SIM card

Take the path of least resistance for yourself.

Just a side note: a sim from Verizon is free for Verizon customers.

If I already have a Verizon nano sim, can I simply plug it into a Moto X Play (not Pure) and use it on the Verizon network? I know that Verizon sells the Maxx 2, but it's far easier to buy a Moto X Play online than a Maxx 2.

Yes, I cut my VZW sim, from my Note 2, down to nano size and stuck it in the MXPE and it worked right away on both mine and my wife's MXPE.


Edit: I see you are talking Moto X Play, non-Pure edition, that I do not know.

Moto X Play doesn't have CDMA.
