XDA Developers have a great list outlining a lot of the reported issues with the Pixel phones and whether Google have acknowledged them and advised of a fix: https://www.xda-developers.com/google-pixel-3-pixel-3-xl-issues-problems-help-list/ For the ram management issue, Google have acknowledged it and will be pushing a fix out on the coming weeks.
