Will the S4 receive the updated Touchwiz UI?

I'm curious if Touchwiz on the S4 will receive the updated UI look & feel that the S5 will have out of the box eventually or will the S4 just receive some enhancements but not the big overhauled look. Any thoughts or insights?

It will receive those changes for next Android update.

Note II for example got Galaxy S4 style 4-tab settings menu and transparent status bar , visual tweaks etc. after 4.3 update.
