I received my nexus 5 early and the sim card is on back order. My wife has a S4, will I be able to take out her sim card and use the nexus 5, till my sim card comes? Will this affect anything later when I activate a sim card for my #.
Thanks

They both use Micro SIMs so assuming the S4 isn't on a CDMA carrier you should be fine.
That's why GSM is cool :)

Should be good to go If both are using the same network.

Let us know how things go.

Yeah my HTC One card worked. Had to get on Sprint Chat to have them completely switch it over though.

It's good, I came from a note 2, so battery life is not the same which is expected. Haven't really used lte much since I was in a building all day with poor reception. Also like the light weight.

I put my SIM from my GS4 into my Nexus 5 on AT&T and it works flawlessly.

Also wanted to mention the Nexus 5 is like a 100 x faster and smoother than the GS4

Did you have to call AT&T or anything to use the GS4 sim card in the Nexus 5? Or was it a matter of just putting the sim card in the nexus 5? (sorry if this is a stupid question....never switched sim cards before.)
