Will unlocked work on ATT?

People in the UK are already getting their phones while we wait. Will ordering one of their phones unlocked work for ATT HSPA+? I know LTE is out of the question but thats not a big deal to me.

Most of the retailers like Negri, clove, Expansys-usa.com are all reporting they would have stock around 28th or the first week of April.

Not worth spending 800$ for a phone with no LTE. Wait for the developer edition to release if you want it unlocked with LTE for $650
