Will Verizon have the WiFi settings all screwed up on the S4 like.............

I never had the S3 so I'm not sure if the WiFi settings were normal or Verizonized on the S3? :-\

I mean where the WiFi toggle setting has been removed from the top of the notifications panel and continually bugs you to turn on WiFi every time you are near a signal.
AT&T or none of the other carriers do this. Just something that bugs the crap out of me.

It is not in the notification of the S3. With VZW they let you know when wifi is within range so you can switch to wife if you are not on unlimited data and save your data for use when you are not near a wifi. You are going to find the S4 on VZW to be the same. I just pay no attention to it as I have unlimited data on 4G but if I have something slower I would switch to wifi. That may be the normal setting and the others changed it so you run over your data allotment often and they collect more money from you.

Very simple to do:

1. Download QuickShortcutMaker from the Play store. [Play Link]
2. Open the app and search for ?blocking mode.?
3. Two results should pop up, tap on the first one.
4. On the next screen, name the shortcut and then tap ?OK.?
5. You will now have a shortcut to Blocking Mode on one of your home screens.
6. Tap the shortcut to open up the Blocking Mode menu.
