Will we get phones earlier if we paid for express shipping?

I just ordered my Note 8 from Samsung.com and opted to pay for the express shipping, $14 instead of the free two day shipping.

Does that mean we might get it Sept 12th instead of the 13th?

I don't order throigh Samsung but I have preordered the S8+ and the Note 8. I've seen some people get theirs 1 to 2 days before others.

Usually it's one day now with the Note 7 and S8. That early stuff has seemed to stopped. I think a select few got the S8 two days early but 90 percent of us got it a day before release.

Samsung.com missed their delivery guarantee for many people with the S8 launch. Hopefully they won't do it again.
