The feature I would find the most useful is shortcuts. I am a former BlackBerry addict and that is one of the greatest features of those devices. Having it again on an Android keyboard would be great.

The themeing option sounds really cool. I like the ics keyboard but I LOVE the iPhone keyboard, so the feature to switch between the two whenever I choose would really be fun for me.

I miss some of the ways you could customize auto correct, word selection, etc. on my old BB. It looks like this offers a lot of options that I think are still missing from the keyboards I've experimented with so far. Looking forward to playing with it!

Cursor Keys - swipe up on the space key to display

My current phone, HTC Incredible, has a optical trackball that I use to move the cursor while typing, using my finger on the screen is too inaccurate. Having a keyboard with easy access cursor keys would be nice for my next phone which likely will not have any sort of trackball.

Probably the keyboard themes! I am a recent convert from iOS to Android (and loving it!) The only thing I can't get used to is the keyboard.
