Win 8.1 and HBoot

Hi all,

At the request of Upstreammiami who has been trying to help me get root on my one I have posted here. We have been having issues getting Win 8.1 to recognise HBoot? However ADB seems to work? I hope Upstreammiami will post here as he spent about 2 hours looking for a solution and will know what he is talking about.

Any ideas?
