Above is my video entry. Clearly I am in need of a new webcam and maybe some USB bandwidth lol but who has the money.
I can?t make a video, lack of a good webcam or PHONE with the ability!
At any rate, still thought I would leave a message because this phone is amazing! It is actually exactly what I want to get when I switch from big red to AT&T next month to get a plan with the girlfriend. I?m a graduating IT guy and this phone is what I am looking for when it comes to doing my job. As you can see I am holding a Droid 2 Global, hence the screen name (not very creative here) and a Palm Pre Plus but we will get back to that one in a second. I love the droid so much to do, so little time. So many apps and these apps are what I use when I find jobs! Graduating is fun and all but isn?t it about the jobs, looking for a steady job in IT but still doing odd jobs building home and small business networks. WIFi Analyzer, Calculators, Wiring Guides, AutoCAD, Web pages, product manuals, the camera app, and Pandora are always running while I am working. But that is very hard on the D2G because there is only 15mb of ram left for me when I reboot the phone! This is not good when you have to stand around for 3 min waiting to see what channel you should configure the router for?. The low light camera for when you need a picture of the crawlspace or attic, Pandora for while you are working (and with such great duel speakers, I think I might fall in love with it!) A phone is just another tool in IT and I am disparately in need of a new one.
Well on to the Pre Plus, My intro phone if you don?t count the Delve? I loved the Pre, Love webOS. I always had that thing in developer mode loading and customizing every little thing. To have a developer phone with which I could customize again, that would be great. Maybe even put the future webOS card view for android on it, at least make it look professional.
I need a phone, as you can see, and my first choice was a HTC One. Developer makes this a great experience, its time for me to move on up but I don?t think I can do it alone.
Thanks Andorid|Central! Sorry there is no video but with an HTC One I?m sure I would be able to make an amazing Thank You video for you!
