The Droid Incredible will allow me to run exponentially faster than on the Droid. I love everything HTC does with SenseUI. The keyboard is amazing, the integration is top notch, and it all runs smooth as butter. The Moto Droid is okay but HTC just makes Android run so much better. This phone will make me not get an iPhone if it ever comes to Verizon so that's reason enough to give it to me, right?? HTC/Snapdragon/Android/Verizon is the ultimate combination.

Droid Incredible does!!!

As an iphone owner currently, If I win this I will happily switch to verizon and enjoy the wonderful world of the AndroidOS. It will make my life so much easier since I already sync everything with google and am a google voice convert. Give me this incredible phone!

With the Droid incredible I would scour the internet for ways in which to best exploit my new level of coolness.

I will watch movies on my gorgeous 3.7 inch screen and look to my friends with there iPhones in disappointment.

Incredible features

First off i will transfer lines from the dreaded company of at&t. Then i will use the Droid Incredibles, Incredible fast 1 ghz processor to multi task my email exchange while playing music and surfing the web all at the same time. Next off i will use the 8mp camera to capture high quality photos and maybe even view them on an hdtv (Video OUT):D. Next up, i will transfer a large amount of my music to its 8 gb of onboard memory(no micro SD) (REALLY ONBOARD MEMORY) haha. And after all is done i can just gaze at the amoled screen for hours until my tears dry up from enjoyment.

Baseball fan!

With the Incredible, I'll be able to listen to the Gameday Audio on MLB.com At Bat without getting the "low memory" error! And that would be very, very good!

Maybe I could even be able to check my email or do a quick puzzle while I listen to the game? At the same time? How cool would that be? :o

Thanks for having a contest!

A Few Typically Incredible Things

Normally, on a typical day, I lift boulders, I fight crime - now I can give children ice cream. I routinely divide by zero, prove Godel Last's theorem and find the highest prime number - now I can count Aleph(1). I can drive an F1, rebuild a VW Type 1 engine, and tune the rumble of the Corvette muffler - now I can adjust the exhaust on the new Nasa shuttle to sky write the names of the Nobel prize winners on launch. I can play Moto Perpetuo on a pennywhistle, I can improvise fugues on a harmonium - now I will be able to do circular breathing and mobius breathing on a subcontrasbass saxophone. I have negotiated border treaties in Latvia, settled contract disputes with Steinbrenner - now I can settle where my entire department will go for lunch.

I will do these incredible things - and more!

1. Getting off of Windows Mobile will be Incredible. Samsung Saga, you have served me well but let's be honest, we have never really gotten a long.

2. I will be incredibly less frustrated by having a phone that has a working GPS and does not require two bit hacks to get partial functionality.

3. I will be able to show the business development VP at work how Incredible Android is compared to his lame ass iPhone, I will then make the case for our application development group getting in to Android development.

4. I will taunt iPhone users at work about how Incredible a feature an open development platform is.

Now that the storm has come and gone, wasn't what they promised it's time for an incredible Android to take over the Big Red Machine

Birthday Present of a New Era

My birthday is on April 29th and it would be very nice indeed to receive this as a gift to replace my Storm 1 (ugh!). I would utilize the Droid Incredible in line with its design intent; a phone that will permeate every aspect of a daily routine and increase productivity by using the several applications developed for the Android Operating System.
The Droid Incredible would truly benefit me in several ways, but the most important aspect would be the fact that I would be able to convert several of my coworkers, family members, and friends from their jalopies and into a new era of technology; The Droid Incredible from Verizon!!

The makers are called HTC
Made a Hero, a Nexus, you see
But now this is fantastic
All metal and plastic
The Incredible fills me with glee!

Text to speech is the coolest new thing
The Incredible does it with zing
It is fast as a rabbit
I'd make it my habit
To use it all day like a king

Take it with me to parties galore
Take pics of my girlfriend, and more
Of course, it's G-Rated
Cause I know she would hate it
If I posted a pic that showed more

So now that you know how I feel
I'd like in on this wonderful deal
So ship it Express,
UPS, or FedEx
'Cause winning would be so surreal!

i will cure cancer, solve world hunger, and bring peace to all nations!!!.... well, maybe not all of that but I will use it on family trips for local information on food and attractions, to entertain my daughter, to watch movies on business flights, and as a great gps system. I also could definately use it since my pager just broke! ^_^

With a Droid Incredible I will be able to give my wife my Moto Droid (because she refuses to use a phone without a physical keyboard) and therefor induct another person into the Android Army. We can then tagteam our friends who are waffeling over Droids or holding out from a rumered Verizon iPhone and show them the light (most likely the flashlight app as iPhones dont have a camera flash... or Adobe Flash for that matter. but at least Android is trying). Once we have recruited enough we will battle our other 'so called' friends and their iPhones and prove to them that open source is the way it should be. And it will be Aweso...... nay Incredible!

Sadly, I must inform everyone here that I have already won this contest...

On April 28th, 2010, at 12:31 p.m. CST America, this post was chosen to be the winner and soon placed on the front page of Android Central; that's when everything changed...

On May 5, I received my Droid Incredible made by HTC. I turned the power on. I activated it. Then I did something Incredible.

I used the built in calculator function to divide by zero.

I was instantly enveloped in what I have determined to be an energy vortex of some kind, red whispery flames surrounded me, but I felt no heat; instead, I felt a sort of pulling sensation; I was pulled backwards, through a pandemoniac, swirling cacophony of sounds and sensations, the likes of which I had never seen...darkness washed over me and I knew no more for some time...

When I awoke, I was there again, at my workdesk, surrounded by the typical walls of my cubicle, though something strange had happened...

The date was Monday, April 19, 2010. I refused to believe it at first, but it was true, as my company calendar reassured me. I had (or is it have?) been cast backwards in time.

I am terrified of what this means...if things don't go differently this time; if somehow I didn't win the contest again, what does that mean for me? Will I cease to exist? What about the rest of the world? Each of my actions is not meaningless, like ripples in a pond, each wave bouncing off another; how will changing things affect our surroundings?

Even more terrifying, when I reach May 5 again, I must divide by zero again; if I don't, then I wouldn't exist to come back and win this contest to divide by zero again; in fact, I'm not sure how many times I must repeat this before I can find an exit; this is the 15th time I have typed this post; but god, my god, how many more times before I can discover a way out which doesn't involve compromise of space-time itself and destroy the world as we know it?

I beg those of you reading this, I must win again, the Droid Incredible IS
Incredible; it is, in fact, too much power for one person to handle alone; I have already shouldered this burden for too long now, but shoulder it I must, because I always have, and I always will...

We must not disrupt the flow of time...I will find an exit...other worlds and times exist, and with the power of the Droid Incredible, I will find them...

Will finally be able to get rid of my Palm Pre, and have a usable phone. I am sick and tired of the ****ty speed of webos and would love to be able to upgrade to a Fast Android phone like this, and come this summer I will be able to watch my slingbox on it.

Simply incredibly, I will save $ by getting rid of my texting plan and use the data plan to do all my texting. Ha Take that Verizon!
