For me its the S-PEN. For one simple reason. It has the ability to be used as a mouse in browsing to perform the mouse hover gesture which no other phone on the planet can do and is a killer must have feature for me in a powerful mobile computing device.

I've never used a Samsung device before (or at least one that I've owned that wasn't a flip phone), so I'd love to check this one out, especially with the S Pen. I want to see if I will use it or not. Plus, it's good to see what all the manufacturers are doing these days.

I think the feature I'm most looking forward to on the new Note 5 is the fast wireless charging. Coming in 2nd would be being able to write with the S pen while the screen is off.
