As an Android die-hard, I often switch devices. In the most recent years, I've switched from a Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 GPe, Nexus 5, and OnePlus One. All great devices in their own right. But, dollar for dollar, the Nexus 5 has been my go to device. I've been hoping for over a year that a next edition Nexus 5 would arrive.

At work, my employer recently furnished me with an iPhone 6S. Great phone, but it's no Nexus. I'd love to put the new SIM (with an adapter of course) into a Nexus 5X and park the iPhone 6S in my desk drawer.

This is exciting! I literally just had a dream that I had a Nexus 6p and my girlfriend had the 5x. She has Verizon so she was excited that there's an unlocked phone that actually works with her provider. If I win, I'd give it to my girlfriend.

My wife's 2013 Moto X is starting to show signs of aging and she is considering upgrading. This would be a great upgrade as she really liked the size of the X and the 5X is not too much larger.

I want this, but for my wife. One of my two year olds (identical twin boys) recently thought mommy's phone was garbage (they have anti-Samsung tendencies I guess) and disposed of my wife's S5.

I love the size of the Nexus 5X. I almost bought the Nexus 6 last year, but it is way too big. My current phone is a Nexus 5, and the size is just right for my hands. The finger print scanner would also help with security, and if and when google pay comes to Canada I'll be able to use it fully with the added security that the finger print scanner affords.
