My first device was a lg, been using the note so far, I don't root my device so perhaps giving pure android a chance, and no better way than the new nexus, for me Good camera is a priority, which thankfully has been fixed with the nexus 5x

When I had a Nexus 6 for a little while as a work phone, I fell in with the vanilla experience and want to get back to that with the 5X.

I want one because it is from GOOGLE!
My OEM only supported my phone for 1 year, but as you know Google supports their phone for more than 5 years
Thank You

Id love a 5X to get my wife off her iPhone kick!

The screen size is perfect for her, Ill keep my N6P thanks!

Would be nice to rock the newest Nexus, and show of all it's goodness. Especially if it was free from Android Central!

I don't know about anybody else on this forum but pretty much if I get the nexus 5x I would be more than greatfull because since day one my first Android was a cheap little phone but as I kept it I really thought that it was the best phone out there, until I saw all these flagship phones coming out with 2,3,4 gigs of ram and my little Kyocera phone with 512 mbs of ram lol. But that pretty much says it all I never had a 2gb of ram phone or even 1gb ram of phone :(. So choose me! O yeah forgot to mention what I like a about the 5x I love the camera and for me the extra gb of ram coming from a 512 mb of ram device

Why do I want the Nexus 5X? It is the purest expression of an Android smartphone. I want to quantify that the Nexus 6P is a phablet, an impressively designed and built one, but a phablet nonetheless. For the user that want an easier to manage smartphone, coupled with the latest from our beloved OS, the Nexus 5X is it. As much as OEMs can claim to update Android versions quickly, the Nexus 5X brings the everything we want straight from the source. And as Jerry mentioned, Nexus is the portal (which a Nexus is of course) to quick security updates and current software at the user level. The camera rocks (finally!) and the price is very good considering what we get. It's not as premium as other devices and the specs for some are lacking. However, remember what we're getting. Oh and not everyone drives a Lexus, but they are quite happy with what they get from their Honda.

Cheers!

Would love to get a 5X to get back into the Nexus game. Had a N4 and N7, but skipped on the 5 and 6 when I got my OPO. Love it a lot, but getting back into pure Android with fast updates is something I really miss!

I have tried several sd801 and 810 phones(some tegra k1 as well), they are all bogged down by bloatwares and excessive customization. Nexus 5x on the other hand, a reminiscent of n5, brings back the perfect balance between screen size and usability, with a great camera thrown in as a bonus

Currently in college and living paycheck to paycheck and my current phone is a HTC One m7. It's a solid phone, but it's showing its age and has a few bumps, bruises, and cracks. A new phone, especially one as good as a Nexus 5x, would be a huge bolster to my spirits and I could finally take good pictures with the rear facing camera again!
