Am I the only one to notice that the Windows 7 swirling start up dots look like the lollipop swirling start up dots?

There are quite a few repositories of "wait" icons that get new ones (the same new ones on all of them, it seems) every so often. It's not surprising that you start to see the same icon appearing in more than 1 OS for the same function.

Do you know what 2 sheets of paper, 1 lying over the other, is? Or a clipboard? Or a paper clip?

I think it's a good thing when everyone uses the same icon for a function. Then we see an icon and immediately know "attach" or "paste" or "wait". It's when a company invents a "staple" icon for "attach" that I get annoyed. "There's already an icon for that function that everyone recognizes."

(BTW, different ROMs use different startup pictures, so you may see different phones with different startups than the Windows 7 look.)
