Windows users - Microsoft Launcher has arrived

Dark theme! Nice, I’m still using the transparent on which I really like :) great launcher through. Finally have pc on fall creators update too which makes it even more useful.

Still using Microsoft Launcher, which is amazing, since I've used Nova exclusively for years. Works just fine with the Oreo Beta BTW.
The frequent updates are small but seem to bode well for continuing support. Receiving/responding to texts, getting missed call alerts and reminders, etc on my laptop is awesome.
I love the feed screen when I swipe right. Use it for my widgets. My home screen looks so clean now.

I had installed the Microsoft Launcher and been using it for about 3 weeks.

Its a great launcher with some really nice features but I noticed that over time my phone started to get laggy and stutter more often.
At first I thought it was apps so I started uninstalling games and stuff.

Then I switched back the the TouchWiz launcher and my phone went back to fast and smooth again.

Has anyone else experienced their phone getting laggy or stuttery over time with the Microsoft Launcher?

Honestly haven't the noticed lag. I do have to restart launcher when I change something like a widget or setting and that's kind of annoying. Being able to interact with my laptop (texts reminded, notifications, etc) supercedes any small issues I have

You dont need the Microsoft Launcher to interact with your Windows 10 computer, that is done through Cortana.

I still get texts, reminders, notifications on my laptop when using TouchWiz.

Thank you! Didn't know that. May give TouchWiz a shot.

I still prefer the Microsoft Launcher. Was only thinking of switching to TouchWiz to see if the Oreo Beta worked better with the native launcher. Will change to TouchWiz and play with it today since I'm off work. If I don't see any plusses with that using the beta, I'll be switching back to Microsoft.

I've been using Microsoft Launcher for a couple of weeks now. Other than a few small quirks, I'm not having any issues. Most of them due to muscle memory and having to retrain myself for different gestures.

since double-tap to lock was iffy for me, I changed to pinch in to lock and that works great.

Begs the question if you want a Microsoft phone why not buy one?

Not sure if you're being sarcastic... Are you a former WP user? Microsoft has pretty much declared WPs as dead entities. While many former WP users now have and enjoy Android, there are still things pertaining to that OS that we miss and occasionally mention. Those coming from Apple or Blackberry may also be in the same situation, enjoying Android but missing stuff from their old OS.
In reference to using Microsoft Launcher, I like the feature set regardless of being a former WP user.
