Wipe Cache

I've got a Droid Maxx 2 and I'm trying to wipe the cache. I get all the way to the Android with the red and no command. Once I get there I hold the volume up button for 10-15 second and while holding that I press and release the power button and nothing happens. Is there an issue with my phone or am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to the forums. Try this. On the 'no command' screen hold the power button for 3-5 second and then press and release Volume up. Tell us how it goes.

Glad it helped! Yeah, they changed those steps after Marshmallow, I think, but some support pages still keep the old instructions.
