wiping s3 clean

i am selling the s3. i thought i was wiping it clean for new buyer by using the reset but phone numbers when i text are still there. how do i do a hard wipe to get rid of any personal stuff and names

If you go through the setup process (which is necessary to send TMs) then you've just undone the Factory Reset.

When you perform a Factory Reset, simply turn the phone off.

If I remember correctly there's a setting in the Kies software that allows you to format the internal memory at the same time you perform a Factory Reset.
