"Wireless Charging" in DINC 2?

It seems like not too many people are talking about the leaked boot screen from the DINC2 that indicated "Wireless Charging". Coming from a Palm Pre, this really interests me. The touchtone is probably the best accessory ever created for a cellphone, yet no other companies have really attempted it as an oem standard. Do you guys think they will be introducing something like this with the DINC2? Will it be an HTC standard moving forward, or some thrown together mess from Verizon?

You know I didn't even notice it until you said that. But that is really cool and something that may cause me to reconsider this phone.

I have a bad feeling that the wireless charging implementation has been removed from the Dinc2.

The early boot animation gave me hope. But the latest internal feature list does not pimp 'wireless charging' as a feature. I'm thinking we will get the Incredible S on verizon. Nothing with the exception of 'droid' branding to differentiate it from its European/Asian cousin.

I read at droid-life.com that the accessories needed to provide wireless charging will total about $100. If that cost is worth it for you, cool.

Some may not want to pay that much when a cable can do the trick for free. hehe

droid-life.com had pics of the wireless charging accessories being stocked in VZW stores.

I suspect it _does_ have wireless charging. I'm grateful that I won't need it
