Wireless charging jump from 95 to full

Does anyone else have this happen? When I charge my phone on my wireless charger, Samsung fast charger, sometimes it jumps literally from 95% to 100% and fully charged. At 95% when I check it it will say 12 minutes remaining, and then a minute or two later it has jumped to 100% and its fully charged. Thought that was strange, also the battery doesn't seem to last quite as long when this happens. But it doesn't happen every time.

I haven't seen this problem but you can try to fully discharge and fully recharge the phone.... That might help to recalibrate it
