Wireless Charging not working

I have 2 18-month-old S24 Ultra phones. One wireless charges, the other fails to wireless charge. I followed all the help tips I found and nothing helps. When I place the phone on the charger, the battery level drops like it does with no charger attached. Wired charging works fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried it on a different charger and making sure there are no cases? If that exhibits the same behavior, I'm afraid it pretty much points to a hardware issue and not much you can do other than replace the coil/repair the phone's board.

Have you tried Samsung Members phone diagnostics to check the wireless charging?

Thank you! Different charges, no case, and it doesn't work. I will check the repair costs and if that is more than I'm comfortable with, I will charge it using wire.
