Wireless Charging not working

I have 2 18-month-old S24 Ultra phones. One wireless charges, the other fails to wireless charge. I followed all the help tips I found and nothing helps. When I place the phone on the charger, the battery level drops like it does with no charger attached. Wired charging works fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried it on a different charger and making sure there are no cases? If that exhibits the same behavior, I'm afraid it pretty much points to a hardware issue and not much you can do other than replace the coil/repair the phone's board.
