Wireless charging problem

I purchased a wireless charging receiver that fits inside the back cover of the Note 3 and a Qi wireless charger. When the phone shows a full charge, the charger keeps charging and the red charging LED on the phone does not turn green. Would the problem be with the receiver or charging pad?
