Wireless problems

My favorite case for a few years is giving me fits with wireless charging. The zizo bolt will start out charging then after a minute nothing. I've got the Samsung puck and Seneo stand. Neither will get through the Bolt. I did discover my wife has a iPhone 8 with a OtterBox commuter which works flawlessly with the same puck. Anyone running a OtterBox commuter with their note with no issues with charging?

Went through this with my S8 Plus. Some cases are to thick and will not work with wireless charging. I had an Otterbox Defender on my S8 Plus and wireless charging would not work. No matter how I laid the phone on the pad. I went to the Commuter case and had no issues. Wireless charging really depends on the thickness of your case as to whether it will work or not. Speck cases were fine as well on my phone. I had both the Samsung stand up and convertible wireless chargers.

man I just got back from Best buy their OtterBox commuter case was 49.00. So right in the store I checked Amazon and got it for 27.00. Be her Friday
