Hello everyone, I am using liquid thundersense with the newest drodspeed kernel...I keep trying to use wireless tether and my computer recognizes that the hotspot is available but then when i connect to it on the computer i get no internet connection. I am not sure what i can do here because the verizon pre-installed mobile hotspot app works fine like it should. If anyone can help me out with fixing this i would really appreciate it...I searched and couldnt find anything
Thanks a lot

Please try fixing the permissions and revolting afterwards. This usually fixes force closing apps and services not properly running.

Fix permissions _ ROM manager -> Fix Permissions -> reboot

I have the same problem, I tried fixing permissions, and had no luck. Just went back to my old rom for now???

I tried the fix permission thing as well as trying various kernels...still can't get it to work for some reason...apparently there is a known fix for this but i cant find it anywhere here or on xda

This is what helped me. I am on the BAMF 1.4 rom and the latest BAMF kernal.

in Root Explorer go to /system/bin and then delete the sh and rename the sh0 to sh and then reboot. Don't delete the sh if there is no file named sh0. Make a nandroid backup first. Also, wipe wifi tether's data before trying again.

Hope this works for you.
