Thinking it's a totally normal security thing but,,,,I have not heard anyone else mention this issue.
I have trusted place and trusted voice set for summoning the assistant. It works very well except at night. I have the phone on the dresser across the room and when I need to get up for a nature call I ask it what time is it and it will tell me and also light up so the dark room is now light enough to find my way into the bathroom. Love the way that works. However, if it has been more than 4 hours of sitting idle it requires me to unlock it which IMO defeats the whole purpose of trusted voice, trusted place and now I need to get up and physically unlock the phone. Has anyone else noticed this? I also get the pop up reminding me it has been idle for the 4 hours and needs to be unlocked first. Really annoying and I really dislike this security feature. I wish it could be disabled.

It's a normal security feature. 4 Hours is a big window of not using it for it to resecure itself.

It's just to help ensure everything stays secure is basically what I'm saying :p. No way to really bypass it. It does it for my trusted place as well (home).
