Won't install update

Is anyone having a problem updating there Sprint Lg v20, I have a 436 MB update and when I hit the install and restart button I get the reboot countdown but it just stays on that screen and won't reboot and install, I've already tried a factory reset and that won't work. Any suggestions.

Not sure why you are having that problem, we have 3 V20's and all of them have updated fine.

Sounds like you might have a corrupt update but that's just a guess. I would call Sprint and if there is a way you can delete the download and try again or install from LG bridge.

Boot into Recovery mode and wipe the system cache - that should get rid of the download if it's corrupted.
