wont stop vibrating

My HTC EVO LTE 4G won't stop vibrating..... It stop for some seconds then start right back is there any way for it to stop with out taking it to sprint

In seriousness though I assume you've tried to restart it? And by that I mean a total restart, not turn on and off with fast boot on
