I called the VZN CS regarding this $30.00 off coupon code "SMART30" and the lady agreed to credit my account for the next bill with the $30.00 off, as I placed my order yesterday before this code came, you might try if you ordered w/o this coupon

I told the lady that I have a screen shot of the coupon being applied, when I tried to make a fake order today just few mins ago

As you can see below the tracking information is absolute rubbish. There is no way that my phone made it from Memphis to Minneapolis in 1hr 43min. Must of missed a scan! Should be on track for tomorrow anyway.

I just called - DENIED. I ordered on the 19th and the offer is good from 27th through to the 3rd.. oh well.. no biggie, but was worth a shot.

I don't think I had an activation fee, as I am an existing customer.. maybe that's what happened. It's all good, just trying to squeeze an extra $30 from VZW.

order still processing. i can't tell you how frustrating it is that i preordered on the 21st and haven't seen or heard anything when others, who are ordering today, are already seeing it shipping, and others still, already have the phone in their possession. guess i don't really care as long as i have it by thursday, but still.

that said, i finally called at 7:30 - got through at 7:50. she didn't even bother to lookup my order #. guess they're tired of fielding calls all day. she politely said, all orders will be processed by tomorrow and overnighted. we'll see.

Fed ex said mine was at the distribution center a half hour away, so I called them up and they said I could pick it up! nice phone so far just cant figure out how to do any custom ringtones

Have you called the Internet Ordering Dept. to make sure everything is ok? I ordered mine on the 22nd and is being delivered tomorrow
