Mine was confirmed and the money out of my acct today!!!! I tracked it and it said the 28th at 7:00 pm

I got the fedex confirm today and it said 2day delivery to come on april 28th by 7pm, but I choose overnight delivery when placing the order. Shouldnt overnight delivery be april 27 if it goes out tomorrow. Did anyone else get the 2day delivery when choosing overnight option.

yeah I thought about complaining to VZ about not doing overnight, since I wasn't expecting the phone until the 29th I figured I can't really complain.

I was told that all phones from a pre-order will arrive to the customer on the 28th since that is the same day that they will get to the retail stores.

hey I am definitely not complaining, just wondering. Also I didnt pay for overnight shipping, it was free with the code that I used.

also, having them ship from the warehouse early allows verizon to use a 2 or 3 day shipping method, saving them money vs doing overnight for everyone. and since it'll be delivered by the 29th, they are technically still getting it to you on time.

So, if I understand correctly, Verizon received orders, many people chose the overnight option, Verizon is going to ship them a day or two early, they are shipping them regular FedEx and keeping the overnight fee?!?

The can of worms is now open. Earlier post explains it all - "Well the 28th is still better than the 29th so I wouldn't complain." Sounds like a (conspiracy) to me.
