Wonder if there is an issue with Newark. Ordered 4/19 around 5 AM:

This is killing me, and thats pretty sad... its been stuck on this status and I might go insane. Its just a phone, i keep telling myself. But damn't i can't help checking that stupid FedEx site!! I keep thinking that hey! maybe they just haven't updated their database yet today and soon it will show that it has made it to Nashville and is out for delivery. Alas, this is the only thing i get:

Yeah, I'm in FedEx denial. Thinking (hoping) that their system just isn't updating and the next time I refresh the page it will say that it's out for delivery. Kind of feels like I'm sitting at a Slot Machine.. watching the numbers spin.. 7.... 7..... blank... DAMNIT! And I try again... I need rehab.

Same thing here. It still says "On Schedule" for delivery on the 28th (tomorrow). Why isn't it updating!?

It says scheduled 4/28, but there seem to be quite a few being delivered today. The above is going to Bloomfield, CT.

Good news, but still no update

I was able to confirm that my phone is coming from the Memphis location and that supposedly nothing has shipped from Memphis. They will do free 1 day shipping on anything that has not been shipped today to guarantee it is here by the 29th.

The number I called for the Memphis processing region is 1-888-782-8570 option 2.
If anyone else has tracking info from Memphis or thinks they are in that shipping are you can try that number.

Is there a reason to call, as in it might give me more info it I call them?

I'm in Chicago and have an expected delivery date of the 28th and stuck with this status.. c'mon!!

Ordered Sunday and got shipping notification today with scheduled arrival on Thursday. Can't wait!

Glad to hear it! (I also ordered on Sunday night.) This is my first upgrade done online, as well as my first preorder; took me 40 minutes to get through the process, and I still don't have a tracking number. I'm starting to sweat things out a little!!!

They might give you different info than they give me or they say what they told me and we have multiple people confirming the same info.

RSMdroid, just out of curiosity what is the weight of your FedEx package? The reason I asked is I wanted to compare to see if it matched mine. I have two different orders and one is the incredible, I'm not sure which shipment it is but one of them is arriving today.

everyone that is getting confirmation on their droid incredible being shipped, did you upgrade other lines as well? on my order, i upgraded 2 other lines with regular phones. on my same account, i upgraded another line to the droid incredible but i did that order separate so that it could be shipped to a different address, but yet no shipping confirmation. and i know another friend that ordered the incredible the same day as i did last week on 4/21, and he still didn't get a shipment confirmation. i wonder why some people are getting lucky and others not....

I ordered mine on 4/21 and it is telling me to "check back tomorrow" and it hasn't shipped. If I don't get a shipping notice tomorrow, I guess I'll just cancel the order and pick it up in store.
