same exact situation. i just want to be able to stop checking for updates every 5 minutes. lol
Maybe mine sitting in Memphis isn't such a bad thing. I have low expectation for it being delivered today. Had I gotten a message that it was on a truck for delivery, I would have been standing by the front door like a bouncer... waiting. At least now, I'm comfortable on my couch refreshing FedEx every 15 seconds -- only slightly better than standing by the door.
Wow that really sucks.
Damn, that really does suck.
Looks like VZN is making FedEx hold the packages til tomorrow. I guess the people who had their phones delivered were from FedEx locations that dont give a #$%*. Oh well, one more day (hopefully)

got mine about an hour ago...just plugged it in to charge, going through my droid to save anything important, than wiping it for my fiancee
also, to those who want to know, the 2GB memory card is just one you'd find in a VZW store, packaged and everything...looks like they just tossed it in

Mines shipped a due for delivery 4-28. Will i get it tomorrow or will they hold mine till 4-29?
*First post* -- Ordered mine yesterday 4/26....It has been picked up in Ontario, Ca. Expected arrival date of 4/29.
I am taking the day off to sign for it and I think I will put my BB Curve 8330 under the front wheel of the FedEX truck before they drive off!!! Can't wait to rub my phone in the noses of all my friends with IPhones..my resistance has finally paid off!!!

that's not good. but it doesn't make sense that people that ordered later on are still getting thiers shipped. i think everyone will have their by thu at the latest.
OK, another update, I just got an email from the great VZN, telling me your order has been shipped and it was picked up from Ontario, CA , with expected delivary 04/29, but I think I could get it tomorrow as it is just 50 miles away from my place, hope
Yeah, they must be doing processing based off of distribution centers and the highly populated areas have more orders than they have stock so they are falling over into the less populated areas (Memphis).
At least I have it in writing that I will get my phone by the 29th that I can reference should they fail to get it done.

You know, as much attention the Droids are getting at Verizon, If I was Verizon, when Apple asked them to start carrying the iPhone, I would say, "nah, don't need it. Just stay with AT&T."
Mine must be on the same truck as my tracking is identical to yours. Hope it is still on schedule for tomorrow...
