I haven't seen a popup (yet) about updating my Note, but that could just mean that they are staggering the release like they usually do. Going to try and be patient waiting for it...

Well that was a bust! Jumped right into it after update. Fragged my applications. About half say they are no longer installed. Play is crashing to often to rebuild and looks like a hard reset tonight.

Wow, updated about 4 hours ago - not a problem. A whole lot of apps had to update. First thing I did was go to the Play store and let it update over 30 apps. After that everything is just fine.

Oh, and I am using the Logitech Galaxy Note Pro keyboard, and ti worked via its bluethooth connection immediately after the upgrade - infact I'm typing this post on it right now. So thanks to our non-4G wifi only brothers & sisters for getting Samsung to work out that bug before the upgrade rolled out to us!

I'm just starting to an around after running all the updates from the play store. Only issue so far is Verizon Messages+ is crashing, but it was crashing before the update. I uninstalled the last update to Messages+ and it stopped crashing. I'll wait that out and see if it gets a new update soon.

I've been testing the Logitech tablet keyboard and the Dell Travel Mouse. Both Bluetooth and working perfectly. I'm a very happy camper.

Certain apps will not work like my cad touch pro. Other stuff still make play crash. This is even after a clean factory reset. So some stuff just doesn't work that did before. The stuff that does work is smooth and things seems to run a little slicker. Just hope that the app makers update their products for 5.1

Updated here, locked up on Verizon red screen. Had to do a hard reset and it is working fine now. Google backup loading up most apps without problems. Operation appears very smooth so far.

I don't have service through verizon on my tablet so the Software update give a "Service Unavailable" dialog when I attempt to upgrade. I tried through Kies but it doesn't show the new firmware available. Are there any links to download the firmware and install manually?

Mine's (Verizon) been running great for a day. No issues installing it or after install. Mine went from 4.4.2 to 5.1.1 and required two update files to do that. Part 1 still reported 4.4.2 and Part 2 was the Lollipop update.

Hopefully now I can finally get my files under control

I'm really enjoying this update. I have been running this update for a few days now and it's been very smooth. I really like the "All Programs" much better now than before, it's so much easier to switch between apps. Having the Note 5 and Note Pro on the same OS is also a big plus.

This has kind of given new life to my Note Pro.

I'm just getting the update. I will also be happy that the gnp and note 5 are both on 5. I also took my old note 3 wiped it and unrooted it and upgraded it to 5 as well before giving it to my son. So now I will not have to swap my thinking back and forth between versions.
