Work calendar Vs Gmail - Duplicated entries
I manage 3 calendars - 2x work, 1x personal.
I need to store personal data in my Gmail calendar but also block out an 'Out of office' slot on my work calendar.
I have S Planner showing all 3 account calendars with no issue but this means I get duplication. i.e. the 'Out of office' for work, and 'Appointment details' for Gmail show up as two separate appointments on S Calendar when they are technically the same thing, thus taking up two spaces which means there can be six S Planner entries for three appointments.
Issue:
- I must have the time blocked out in my work calendar (usually with an additional buffer either side)
- I need the appointment detail in my personal Gmail calendar
Is there any way of telling S Planer to ignore certain appointments when syncing; e.g., items from my OL account marked as 'Private'?
